Refund and Returns Policy

At Prakrati Essence, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — naturally.

Return Window

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., herbal teas, food items)
  • Intimate or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Opened or used health & wellness items

Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • Packaging is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your item.
  2. You’ll be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (some refunds take time to reflect).
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. Still no luck? Email us at vitalityherbals24@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, email us at vitalityherbals24@gmail.com with your order details and send your product to: 514, Vishal Tower, Janakpuri, New Delhi

Gift Returns

If you received a product as a gift:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit (if it was marked as a gift during purchase).
  • Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue you a gift card/code.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to them.

Shipping for Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
